Your support can contribute to Equine Therapy Sessions for Children

A young lady named Rachel who is about to have her bat mitzvah, came to my ranch several years ago to meet all of the animals and have an experience here for the day. For her bat mitzvah she had remembered the ranch and wanted to make it at part of her project as a fundraiser for the Ranch. Upon speaking with her I thanked her for remembering us, and she said I will never forget it.  

We sometimes don’t realize how much of a contribution it is to gift especially young children the space to interact and connect with animals. This young lady, her mother and I had the most lovely meeting as we discussed the possibilities. The one topic for the fundraiser; to raise money for underprivileged children to come to the ranch to have equine therapy sessions, experience the animals and being in nature. 

I wonder what else is possible?

Many special needs children  benefit greatly having a therapy dog. Others who suffer from PTSD and depression have great benefit not only from therapy sessions and experiences at the ranch, also from the healthy puppies that Canhos meticulously breeds and raises bgy hand in their home at the ranch. Diamante` Labradors are carefully evaluated for therapy programs specifically for that purpose. Your support can contribute to the cost of a healthy well bred puppy for a child with health and special requirements.

She always remembered that day and her experience with the animals she met, held, road and interacted with. These memories brought her joy and now she would like for other children to have the experience of being in a place where they can also be uplifted!
